【Background】To study degree of disability after head injury in clinical forensic identification, the brain's evaluation of cognition function disorder is ways involved, including memory impairment, mental retardation, disturbance of attention and execution control barrier, and so on, with the influence, subjective or objective, of the complication of brain functions and the people's inspection with"disease benefit", so the evaluation of cognitive dysfunction after traumatic brain injury becomes a much-needed solution focus and a difficulty for forensic worker. Nowadays, domestic and foreign forensic workers take use of Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS) and event-related potential (ERP) to evaluate such injuries, and consider the combination of clinical symptoms and signs of a comprehensive appraisal as a factor. However, the conclusions based on these factors are too subjective to convince. This research take use of the cases that the identification of the degree of disability after head injury, taking inclusion/exclusion criteria, screening study object, collecting information, to a retrospective study, reference to the age of patients, pre-injury level of education, location of injury, degree of brain injure, coma time, IQ, event-related potential test results and other objective factors as involvements to help professors to statistic and analysis the degree of disability, and it gets the regression equation model to establish the cognitive dysfunction after head injury assessment of the degree of disability the digital prediction equation, so it will provide a objectively and quantitative reference for such damage's clinical forensic identification.【Object】To found the digital prediction equation of event-related potential test results and other relevant factors of cognitive dysfunction after traumatic brain injury between the location of injury, degree of brain injure, coma time, IQ. 【Method】448 cases should be studied retrospectively, including the age of each case, level of education before the injury, location and degree of injury, coma time, IQ, event-related potential test results and other objective factors that are related to degree of disability, to do a multivariate logistic regression analysis, and to screen the major impacts on the disability rating factors, so it comes the establishment of a number of different disability levels digital prediction equation, meanwhile, the evaluation model.【Result】There are significant differences between coma time, GCS score, nature of injury, personality changes, psychotic symptoms, malacia, treatment of drilling drainage, P300 latency, full scale IQ and the degree of intellectual impairment with disability levels. The GCS score and full scale IQ are positively correlated with the disability rating, but other factors are negatively correlated. The whole model is statistically significant, and it has high reference value and good degree of model fitting for the disability on clinical forensic identification.【Conclusion】The coma time, GCS score, nature of injury, personality changes, psychotic symptoms, malaria, treatment of drilling drainage, P300 latency, full scale IQ and degree of intellectual impairment, can be used as an important basis for assessing disability levels.
