Research On Digital Reference Services Of Virtual Hospital

Virtual Hospital is a new sort of hospital which is based on the entitative hospital, takes the network as carrier and builted with multimedia technology, communication technology, biomedical engineering technology and other modern technologies. It can solve the human healthy and disease problems. It is the product of hospital informatization and accords with the demands of times. It entends the entitative hospital's service, links the medical staff and medical information of different locations together. It becomes a all- weather ,virtual hospital without walls and provides the medical information reference service for people anytime. However, the detailed study of it can not be found as yet. Literature and the survey method will be used in this thesis. It summarize the current situation of Virtual Hospital, analyses the types, characteristic and the information requirements of users. And then proposes the structure of Virtual Hospital's website board and the information resources which Virtual Hospital should provide. Discuss the the qualities of the reference staffs, how to build the reference team. Analyse the service flow and quanlity control of digital reference service of Virtual Hospital. In the end, the author gives some advices to the developing of the digital reference service of Virutal Hospital.
