ObjectiveThis study is to evaluate the effection of fetal heart function in pregnancy- induced hypertension (PIH) by pulsed wave and tissue Doppler imaging.MethodsSixty patients with PIH (≥thirty weeks, thirty cases, PIH0.05). The Am of LV, RV, IVS were increased and the Em/Am were decreased and the difference had significance (P<0.01). In 0.05). In<30 gestational week, the Sm of LV, RV, IVS in PIH were decreased compared with normal fetus and the difference had significance (P<0.05).ConclusionCompared with normal pregnancy, heart diastolic function in PIH fetuses were impaired with≥thirty gestational weeks. Right ventricular systolic function was increased and left ventricular systolic function was decreased although the difference had no significance. Fetal heart systolic and diastolic function were impaired in PIH with |
