ObjectiveThis study is to evaluate the effection of fetal heart function in pregnancy- induced hypertension (PIH) by pulsed wave and tissue Doppler imaging.MethodsSixty patients with PIH (≥thirty weeks, thirty cases, PIH0.05). The Am of LV, RV, IVS were increased and the Em/Am were decreased and the difference had significance (P<0.01). In 0.05). In<30 gestational week, the Sm of LV, RV, IVS in PIH were decreased compared with normal fetus and the difference had significance (P<0.05).ConclusionCompared with normal pregnancy, heart diastolic function in PIH fetuses were impaired with≥thirty gestational weeks.
