Abstract/Summary:
Objective:to study the quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and the correlation factors affecting its activity.Methods:we collected 56 cases in the hospital affiliated to Dali University and long-term follow-up the patients with rheumatoid arthritis, and assess pain VAS score, fatigue VAS score, disease activity index 28 (DAS28), health assessment questionnaire (HAQ) the four clinical evaluation index and the laboratory parameters including ESR, CRP, TNF-αThe correlation between clinical evaluation index and the laboratory parametersResults:the TNF-a is correlated with ESR and CRP; pain VAS score is correlated with ESR, CRP, TNF-α; fatigue VAS score is correlated with ESR, CRP, TNF-α; DAS28 is correlated with ESR, CRP, TNF-α; HAQ is associated with ESR, CRP, TNF-α, DAS28, pain VAS score, fatigue VAS score.Conclusion:the ESR, CRP, TNF-αhave significantly correlated with RA disease activity; the function of the state of the RA patients is closely related with RA disease activity, the quality of life in patients with active RA is decreased obviously.
