BackgruondCrohnls Disease(CD) is anidiopathic non-specific chronic inflalmatory bowel disease, which can relate any part of the gastrointestinal tract, and with complicated manifestations. CD is common in western countries, but incidence was low in areas such as southern Europe, Asia, and most developing countries. With an increased incidence in recent 20 years, China has a 10w rate of diagnose, so to improve the level of recognition and diagnose is very important. The main therapy of CD is medical treatment, including 5-aminosalicylates(5-ASAs), glucocorticoids, antimetabolites and antibiotics. China reported that 70%-75% UC patients must undergo surgical therapy because of failure of medical therapy. On the condition of correct opportunity and proper operation type, surgical therapy canimprove patients'life quality.Methods29 cases of CD with surgical therapy were gathered, which were admitted during 2005.5and 20010.12 for a retrospective study.The clinical data including original data, clinical manifestation, medical treatment, surgery indication, operation type and short-term outcome and long-term outcome. Results:29 cases of patients,6 patients in embedded meal for capsule elective surgery whole ileus and, in 7 patients for concurrent fistula, anus week abscess or internal medicine medications the effect not beautiful and elective surgery. The rest of the 16 cases (55.1%) preoperative misdiagnosis:7 cases of misdiagnosis obstruction,5 cases with acute peritonitis,4 cases were misdiagnosed misdiagnosis acute appendicitis, all emergency surgery diagnosed with crohn's disease. A total of 17 patients underwent resection of the bowel disease, is the main section of surgical methods (58.6%).ConclusionsOn the condition of correct opportunity and proper operation type, the short-term and long-term outcome of surgical thera, py for crohn's disease is satisfaction.
