There were 48(64.0%) patients with different degree of anemia.7. White blood cell value of 34(45.3%) samples were anomalous; hemoglobin value of 51(68.0%) samples were anomalous; total protein value of 29(38.6%) samples were anomalous; albumin value of 41(54.7%) samples were anomalous;. Among the 41 patients with erythrocyte sedimentation, 37(90.2%) patients had accelerated erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) in the first hour hour. Among the 44 patients with C-reactive protein, 39(88.3%) patients had elevated C-reactive protein. Sodium ion of 30(40.0%) samples were lower than abnormal; potassium ion of 10(13.3%) samples were lower than abnormal; calcium of 19(25.3%) samples were lower than abnormal;among 73 patients who had iron ion detection index, there were 51(69.9%) samples lower than normal.conclusion:1. In this survey, 75 samples of Crohn's disease, the average age of diagnosis was 38.88 ± 16.38 years old, 20 to 29 age group people are susceptible population; male to female ratio is 1.5: 1; the number of patients increased year by year, summer is the occurred frequently season of Crohn's disease; 21.3% of patients had smoking habits, 9.3% of patients had drinking habits; the patients diet and sleeping were affected.2.
