Research On The Relationship Between Recanalization Of Deep Venous Thrombosis And MCP-4 & IL-8

Objective: To observe the rabbit plasma MCP-4 ,IL-8 levels in different time with deep venous thrombosis (DVT), and to determine the relationship between MCP-4 &IL-8 and recanalization of the deep venous thrombus.Methods: 45 rabbits were divided into 3 group randomly: thrombosis group,sham operation group,normal group,According to the thrombus in 14 days after operation. Thrombosis group is divided into recanalization group and non recanalization group.Test the plasma MCP-4,IL-8 level and blood routine at 8h,3d,7d,14d after operation in every group.Results: Plasma MCP-4 levels in recanalization group 8h,3d,7d,14d after operation is(0.18±0.05 0.18±0.04 0.20±0.03 0.12±0.04 ng/ml), non recanalization group is(0.18±0.03 0.18±0.04 0.16±0.02 0.14±0.03 ng/ml),Plasma IL-8 level at 8h,3d,7d,14d in recanalization group is(0.65±0.12 0.63±0.11 0.46±0.06 0.35±0.06 ng/ml), non recanalization group is(0.65±0.11 0.63±0.11 0.58±0.11 0.49±0.07 ng/ml). Plasma MCP-4 levels A group with non recanalization group in 7 days is obviously higher (p<0.01),and IL-8 level is reduce(p<0.05).after deep venous thrombosis 7day,14day,The prothrombin time in recanalization group are longer than non recanalization group .there were no relevance with monocyte(MO) and neutrophils(NE).Conclusion: Deep venous thrombosis with a high grade density's MCP-4 can get a better recanalization results. The blood plasma IL-8 expression have not obvious relevance again with the thrombosis , There is a better recanalization results when prothrombin time being longer .Blood plasma MCP-4 expression related to macrophage and endothelial cell's high expression, could reflect the deep venous thrombosis recanalization to a certain extent.
