Objective To explore growth factor of attenuated Salmonella carrying on chemotherapy-induced intestinal mucosal injury repair, and observe the impact of the tumor. Methods Establish chemotherapy induced gastrointestinal injury in animal models, and manner through the stomach to carry the growth factors HGF and KGF in the gastrointestinal tract. After 3 weeks, Use of body weight, peripheral blood cell counts in mice, intestinal morphology, and histological changes in peripheral blood T cells by flow cytometry to evaluate the change treatment. Results The results showed Typl-KGF treatment group than in model group increased body weight, tumor weight reduction, Typl-KGF observation group than in the observation group Typl-GFP reduced the tumor weight.Model group, HE staining of intestinal pathology in mice reality shorter villi, fusion, crypt cells disappear, goblet cell reduction, the treatment group than in model group, the morphological changes to light. Typl-GFP mice were observed under the microscope in the fluorescent protein to the intestine has strong fluorescence, Typl-KGF treatment group could be detected in the intestinal gene expression. Were detected by flow cytometry CD4 + T, CD8 + T decrease, while NK1.1 cells increased. Conclusions Attenuated salmonellae bearing growth factor gene not only repair chemotherapy-induced intestinal mucosal injury, but also can effectively reduce the tumor size...
