Metronidazole and Bifidobacterium were applied in the control group. The treatment course of both groups were 5 days. By observing the 2 groups of patients with diarrhea extent points, diarrhea symptom points,Stool bacillus coccus ratios and comprehensive effects to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of pattern identification of Chinese medicine in treating AAD.Results:(1)Compared with the drug treatment effect-acting period of control group patients, the TCM differentiation treat shorten the duration of symptoms(P<0.01).(2)Both the traditional Chinese medicine dialectical therapy and the modern medicine have improved diarrhea degree integral, but the treatment group was superior to the control group after 3 days, it was statistically significant (P<0.01). (3)Traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine dialectical therapy both have improved symptom scores, The treatment group was superior to the control group after 2 days, it was statistical significant (P<0.05).(4)Stool bacillus coccus ratios comparison:The two groups both improved the ratios, In the different times, there were not statistically significant differences (P>0.05).(5)The comprehensive effect comparison:the treatment group was 86.6%. the control was 59.1%. By statistical processing, there was statistically significant differences (P<0.01).(6)Safety analysis:two groups did not appear adverse drug reaction. Conclusion:Compared with the western medicine control group, dialectical classify treatments of TCM had a better treatment on antibiotic-associated diarrhea (AAD).It is worth of popularization.
