Clinical Obervation Of Jiawei Huangqi Jianzhong Tang With Modification To Treat Diarrhea-irritable Bowel Syndrome (Pi Qi Xu Type)

Objective:To investigate the effect and safety of using Jiawei huangqi jianzhong tang with modification treatment of diarrhea-irritable bowel syndrome (pi qi xu type).Methods:The 60 patients with diarrhea-irritable bowel syndrome (pi qi xu type) from Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM were randomly divided into treating groups and controlling group,30 patients in treating group, the treating group was treated by decoction of Jiawei huangqi jianzhong tang with modification oral treatment, the control group was treated by Horse dimension bromine ammonium piece together,are disabled during treatment with other drugs,four-week course of treatment, drug two weeks before and after treatment were compared between two groups improvement of clinical symptoms, to evaluate the efficacy and safety.Results:The effective rate of the treating group is 90%, the control group's effective rate is 76.7%,by statistical analysis of the overall efficacy of the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei huangqi jianzhong tang with modification treatment of patients with diarrhea-irritable bowel syndrome can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life, and no side effects, treatment is safe and effective.
