Effect Of GuJianKeLi (GJKL) Medicine On Rabbits Fracture Healing

Objuctive by the use GuJianKeLi(GJKL) heal the fracture rabbits,observe Alkaline phosphatase(ALP),Calcium(Ca) in fracture rabbits blood,observe dynamics changes of Bone Mineral Density(BMD) and Bone Mineral Content(BMC) in osteotylus, observe X-ray HE. To study the curing action of the GJKL during the Period of fracture healing, and to explore the mechanism of GJKL enhancing fracture healing.Methods 48 rabbits which were produced models with 3mm-5mm defect in the middle of radius after the general anaesthesia, by the C2H3Cl3O2 liquor of 10% were randomly divided into three groups as follows:the GJKL group,the Shang Ke Jie Gu Pian(SKJGP) group and the blank model group,which were fed orally with GJKL,SKJGP,and distilled water respectively. HE,X-ray,Bone Mineral Density(BMD),Bone Mineral Content(BMC)examination were made at 10th,20th,30th,40th day after operation;Ca,ALP,in blood were tested at 10th,20th,30th,40th day after operation.Result HE,X-ray,BMD% BMC examination were showed that the velocity of osteotylus formation and qualities of heal process in the GJKL group were better than these in the SKJGP group and the blank control model group;GJKL can adjust the level of Ca,ALP in blood;The examination showed that the GJKL group were better than these in the SKJGP group and the blank control model group(P<0.05); GJKL can adjust the level of Ca,ALP in blood,elevate the collagen synthesis and reinforce the deposition of calciumsalt which proved the GJKL played accelerate function in fracture healing and repairing.Conclusion GJKL can accelerate hematoma absorb, adjust the level of ALP,Ca,BMD and BMC, accelerate precipitation of calcium salt, can promote fracture heal and repair.
