Although this case reports more and more, but the research of system very few, as a result, systematic study for it's cure and prevent from happening seems to be particularly important.ObjeetiveThis text investigate a large amount of documents, concluding cognition on etiology and mechanism and treatment and the prevention principles of Cervical arrhythmia in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Modern Medical Science; Observing and evaluating the treatment effect on treating Cervical arrhythmia by "Long's manipulation" through clinical study.Methods Select cervical arrhythmia patients from general hospital of guangzhou military area out-patient department and in-patient department from September,2009 to December,2010.64 sufferers, who will meet to study, is random divided into treatment group and control group 32 for each. The treatment group gives the Long's Manipulation to cure;The control group gives traditional Manipulation to cure. once a day,10 times a course, for 2 successive courses. the clinical effects were observed before and after 2 successive courses treatment, as well as praecordia symptom score and Cervical vertebra function score were measured respectively.Results1.After 2 successive courses, we observe clinical effect between the two groups. There are 60 cases actually get into the research analysis. in treatment group(n=30), sixteen patients recovered, twelve patients had effective change, two patients had no effect. In control group (n=30), seven patients recovered, fifteen patients had effective change, eight patients had no effect;The recovery rate of treatment group is 53.33% and control group is 23.33%, The effective rate of treatment group is 93.33% and control group is 73.33%, Analyze through the statistics P<0.05, the differenee is remarkable, and had statistic significance.2. After two successive courses, compare the result of praecordia symptom score and Cervical vertebra function score between the two group and compare itself, analyze through the statistics P<0. 05, the differenee is remarkable, and had statistic significance.Conelusion1. Long's Manipulation and traditional Manipulation for treatment of Cervical arrhythmia all have clinical effect, but we discover through the statistics that Cervical arrhythmia treated by Long's Manipulation surpasses traditional Manipulation.2. Long's Manipulation has a lot of advantages to cure Cervical arrhythmia, such as high position accuracy, safe operation, correct performace., and the obvious curative effect. So it is suitable to promote in clinical.
