Purpose:By observing the Differentiation and Treatment of gouty arthritis in patients after acute symptoms (joint evaluation of rest pain, joint tenderness by assessment, evaluation of joint swelling), uric acid, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C reactive protein targets, the evaluation of TCM treatment of gouty arthritis Acute phase of clinical efficacy.Methods:60 cases of acute gouty arthr it is were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group and the TCM treatment of colchicine, the control group received colchicine treatment.2 weeks as 1 course of treatment. Observed and recorded before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms, signs and laboratory parameters, to take their own control and the groups before and after the method of disease control and statistically analyzed the changes. Results:The two groups of patients with acute gouty arthr it is after treatment, serum uric acid, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C reactive protein levels decreased compared with before, there is statistical difference (P<0.05). However, to improve joint swelling and the uric acid in the treatment group than the control group. Treatment group and control group total effective rate was 93.3%, no significant statistical difference (P> 0.05). Before and after treatment in patients treated with blood, liver function, kidney function, urine and other laboratory parameters showed no significant difference (P> 0.05).Conclusion:TCM treatment can effectively reduce acute gouty arthritis in patients with serum uric acid, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein levels and improve the clinical symptoms, and safety.
