All sort of Chinese Medicine cures on CHB can obtain certain effectiveness., thereinto, the External APPlication TheraPy has exact effectiveness since it is easy-to-use, low cost, less side effects, easy to accePted by Patients etc, It's worthy to lucubrate.Objective:The observation on the clinical effects of curing damPness-heat of liver and gallbladder CHB by Artemisia caPillaris External APPlication TheraPy.Method:According to the random allocation Principle, select 60 damPness-heat of liver and gallbladder CBH Patients by inclusion/ exclusion criteria, divide 30 Patients into treatment grouP and another 30 into control grouP. Giving injection by Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate to control grouP,150mg once, diluted by 5% Glucose Injection then intravenous driP slow, once a day. Base on the control grouP, the treatment grouP is giving Artemisia caPillaries aPPlication(include Artemisia caPillaries, rhubarb and gardenia) to aPPly rightside Point LR14 (Qimen) and Point GB24 (Riyue),Once a day, last 4-8 hours a time. The treatment course of two grouPs lasts three weeks to observe the serum liver function, clinical symPtoms, Physical sign, quality of life change before and after treatment for two grouPs.Consequence 1. Chinese Medicine symPtom curative effect comParison:the total effective rate for treatment grouP is 96.67% while control grouP is 93.33%. The comParison without statistics diversity even the treatment grouP has effective rate little higher than control grouP (P>0.05)2. Two grouPs'symPtoms both have been imProved after treatment (P<0.01).
