Objective:To create Chinese medicine theory based health records of non-alcoholic fatty liver patients at medical examination center of the hospital. To carry on comprehensive monitoring, analysis and assessment of the health conditions to Non-alcoholic fatty liver patients. To acquaint lifestyles of these non-alcoholic fatty liver patients and their fatty liver-related knowledge level through comprehensive monitoring, analysis and assessment of their health conditions. And to carry on Chinese medicine health management of the non-alcoholic fatty liver patients,study the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine health management to the patients under the guidance of diseases prevention policy.Methods:This project collected a total of 90 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver, detected by medical examination center in The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. All cases are in line with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease diagnostic criteria revised by Fatty Liver and Alcoholic Liver Disease Study Group of Chinese Society of Hepatology, Chinese Medical Association in Feb,2006. To create elementary Chinese medical health records of non-alcoholic fatty liver patients, such as age, sex, blood fat values, body mass index, waist hip ratio, B ultrasonic result of fatty liver, health characteristics classification (by The Nine Classifications introduced by Wang Qi), diet habits, exercise habits, bad habits like tobacco and alcohol indulgence. Using self-designed questionnaire survey on pat ients wi th fatty liver, the survey includes knowledge of fat liver disease, pathogenic hazard factors, cognition of fatty liver prevention measures, related knowledge demand and so on. Patients are divided into three groups randomly with sealed envelope method. Group A is the Blank Group, not any intervention given; Group B is the Normal Group, general dietary guidance provided; Group C is the Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Management Group. Group C is under the guidance of diseases prevention policy, according to patient different constitutional type, gives the diet, the daily life, the sentiment will, the movement by the Chinese medicine keeping in good health method to the patient and so on to carry on the recuperation variously the health instruction. Compared with the experiment around three group of patient symptom symptom, the waist hips compare, the body weight index, the triglyceride, the total cholesterol difference. The measurement material result uses the average value±standard deviation(x±s) to describe, uses the T-test. The counting material uses X2 the examination. P<0.05 the expression has statistics significance.Results:The Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Management has the obvious curative effect to NAFLD. Compare with The Normal Group and The Blank Group, P<0.05, the expression has statistics significance. Management Group total effectiveness is 86.67%, The Normal Group is 60%, The Blank Group is 23.33%. After the management, Management Group BMI.TG, CHOL to reduce obviously, Surpasses The Normal Group and The Blank Group obviously (P<0.05). From Chinese medicine indication angle analysis, The Management Group's Chinese medicine card period of five days curative effect surpasses the ordinary group and the blank group obviously (P<0.05).Its symptom improvement degree (is divided value) and the symptom improvement rate obviously surpasses The Normal Group and The Blank Group.
