| ObjectiveThis research discuss the epidemiology characteristic of the fracture patients of the emergency in the past two years of our hospital, to understand predilection crowd of fracture patients in Sanyuanli of Guangzhou City, to makes the prevention measure for fracture, reduced the incidence of fracturesand and disability, reduce the fracture to the suffering of the people and economic burden, and provide the basis for the health care workers to the fracture patients of emergency in our hospital, to improve patient quality of life and the whole population this have realistic Significance.MethodsThis article reviews the status of investigation and survey, Guang zhou University of Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital (herein-after referred to our hospital), from January 2009 to December 2010 in our hospital emergency 3352 cases fractures patients of the basic data epidemiological surveys to understand the regional of Guangzhou Sanyuanli epidemiological characteristics of fracture patients. This research mainly reviewed research program, improved questionnaires used to select patients met the inclusion criteria of the fracture, gather information, then the indicators used SPSS13.0 to processing the data, and then make an objective scientific analysis, concluded.Result1. the general epidemiological resultsEpidemiological features of fracture patients in our hospital emergency in the past two years, the research show:that 3352 cases in survey,to the majority population in Guangzhou Sanyuanli region,85.6%.2077 cases of male and 1275 cases of female, male to female ratio is 1.63:1, average age is 37.27±23.60 years old, and the average age of men si 31.18±19.85 years old, the average age of women is 47.19±25.19 years old. Fracture patients which the age under 60 years old is most, accounting for 91.9%. Of patients over 60 years age group fewer.2. The incidence rate of aged people in community is higher than others,154 cases, including femoral neck fractures, intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients accounted for 11.%,14.3%.3.489 patients with fracture of children cases,14.6% of the total number of cases.4. In the emergency of our hospital, in turn the site of fracture were radius, carpal, radius, phalanx and ulna fractures,17.1%,15.8%,10.4%,8.1%.5. In the emergency of our hospital, fracture patients mostly from May to September, a total of 48.7% of the total number of cases.6. The patients that discharged from hospital after treatment on a regular basis referral have 2704 cases, accounting for 84.7%.7. Chinese Manipulation and splints for the 1047 cases of patients, accounting for 31.2%,94.2% referral rate.Conclusion1. The incidence rate of aged people in community is higher than others, and the fracture of hip is the primary. So it needs to think highly of the management in amb-operation stage of the aged people that who has the bone fracture.2. Bone fracture of the children is more than adult, so the staff shoud strengthen the cognition,prevention and cure of the child-fracture.3. In our emergency department, the fractures of forarm and traumato-extremity are more than other genetic locus.And it shoud consummate the instrument of medical treatment in our emergency department,that can make curative effect better.4. In the emergency of our hospital, the fracture patients significantly increased in the last two years from May to Septembe, additional staff may be appropriate for the patient treatment. 5. The fracture patients which after treatment come to after referral treatmentin our hospital were less, to the resul that in the loss of patients in our hospital, should be strengthened for regular review of the mission to the patients, and strengthen follow-up work.6. Characteristics of Chinese splint therapy achieved remarkable results, must strengthening the Chinese splinting fractures of limbs. 7. An increasing number of patients that referral to our hospital from other hospitals, can strengthen the publicity work of our hospital.
