To explore the expression and significance of Ki-67, P504S and P63 in prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia.2. To study the correlations of Ki-67, P504S and P63 in prostate cancer's defferent pathological grade, clinical stages and PSA level.ã€Methods】1. There were 162 patients who treated in the first affiliate hospital of JiNan University were enrolled from September 2006 to June 2011. All patients had been diagnosed by pathologic examination. There were 78 cases of Pca were enrolled as experimental group and 80 cases of BPH are enrolled as control group. To collect the expressions of Ki-67, P504S and P63,. pathological grade, clinical stages and PSA level without any treatment of the patients.2.χ2texts, Fisher's exact tests and of SPSS13.0 software were used to analyze the expressions of Ki-67, P504S and P63 in prostate disease and correlations of Ki-67, P504S and P63 in prostate cancer's defferent pathological grade, clinical stages and PSA level.Differences with P<0.05 were considered as significant.ã€Results】1. The positive expression rates of Ki-67, P504S and P63 were 78.2%,93.5%,1.2% in the tissue of Pca,22.5%,11.2%,90.0%in BPH, The positive expression rates of Ki-67, P504S and P63 in Pca were significantly different in BPH(P<0.05)2. The positive expression rate of Ki-67 and P504S in Pca was significantly different in different pathological grade (P<0.05). The positive expression rates of P63 in prostate cancer showed no significant difference in different pathological grade (P>0.05)3. The positive expression rate of Ki-67 and P504S in Pca was significantly different in different clinical stages. (P<0.05). The positive expression rates of P63 in prostate cancer showed no significant difference in different clinical stages (P>0.05)4. The positive expression rates of Ki-67, P504S and P63 showed no relation with different PSA level (P>0.05)ã€Conclusions】 1. The expressions of.Ki-67,P504S and P63 were significantly different between Pca and BPH.These three factors could be used for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant prostate disease as reliable indicators.2. The joint detection of Ki-67,P504S and P63 were contributed to improve early diagnosis accuracy of prostate cancer.3. The defferent expressions of Ki-67 in defferent pathological grade and clinical stages revealed Ki-67 could be used to evaluate the development and prognosis of Pca as an effective indicator.4. Ki-67,P504S and P63 is meaningless to evaluate the risk level of Pca.5. P63 is meaningless to judge the development and prognosis of Pca. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Ki-67, P504S, P63, prostate cancer, BPH | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
