The Study Of Using Artificial Fake Vagina Sperm Collection And Cryptorchidism Model In Rabbits

[Objective]Establish a modified artificial fake vagina semen collection methods and cryptorchidism model in rabbits for the future conduct of the male reproductive physiology, family planning research basis.[Methods] 1.Making fake vagina and training with it semen collection in rabbits2.Using fake vagina collected semen in 20 healthy mature male Japanese big ears white rabbits and analyzed semen by the animal semen analysis module of Spanish instrument SCA analysis software.3.Establishment of bilateral cryptorchidism model:20 male Japanese white rabbits were created bilateral inguinal cryptorchid model by surgical way, and during surgery using 10 syringe needle punctured a small testicular tissue sent to pathological examination.4.After March, Using fake vagina collected semen in 20 rabbits and analyzed semen by SCA and punctured testicular tissue sent to pathological examination.Observed changes in preoperative and postoperative semen and testicular tissue pathological changes.[Results] 1.This method of using the improved fake vagina collected semen was simple, each semen 0.5-2.0ml2. Semen volume did not change significantly before surgery and after surgery in March (p>0.05), sperm concentration, sperm motility, viability rate decreased compared with the preoperative (p<0.01).,Pathological changed significantly in testicular tissue after surgery in March.[Conclusions] 1.It is convenience and more free time to use the improved fake vagina collect semen.2.Established cryptorchid rabbit model by surgical methods, rabbits sperm quality decreased, testicular pathology changed obvious。...
