The Expression Of Survivin, Bcl-2, Pml MRNA In Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma And Associated With Clinical Stage And Prognostic Significance

[Objective] To investigate the expression of Survivin, Bcl-2, Pml mRNA in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and nasopharyngeal mucosa tissue of chronic inflammation by the way of fluorescence quantitative PCR, in order to approach the protein effect and significance of the Occurfence and development in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and hope to give theoretiecal guidance to the diagnosis, therapy and prognosis in the clinic practice of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.[Material and Methods] Using fluorescence quantitative PCR,the expression of Survivin, Bcl-2, Pml mRNA were assessed in 50 case of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and peripheral blood. Using fluorescence quantitative PCR,the expression of Survivin, Bcl-2, Pml mRNA and following up in the peripheral blood for the radiotherapy, To observe the relative between the before radiotherapy and behind. The expression of Survivin, Bcl-2, Pml mRNA in 10 case of normal nasopharyngeal epitheliu.To observe the expression of Survivin, Bcl-2, Pml mRNA the relative between normal nasopharyngeal epitheliu and NPC.[Results] The expression of Survivin, Bcl-2, Pml mRNA in NPC tissues was higher than that in chronic nasopharyngitis tissues,the difference was significantly(P<0.01). The expression of Survivin, Bcl-2, Pml mRNA is differerce in the peripheral blood between before radiotherapy and behind.The difference was significant (P<0.01). The expression of Survivin, Bcl-2, Pml mRNA in NPC tissues was higher than behind radiotherapy, The difference was significant (P<0.01).The expression of Survivin, Bcl-2, Pml mRNA both could been detected inⅠ+ⅡandⅢ+ⅣⅠ+ⅡNPC,and the expression of Survivin, Bcl-2, Pml mRNA inⅢ+Ⅳstage was higher than inⅠ+Ⅱstage. The lymph node in NPC and without lymph node both could been detected,and the expression of Survivin, Bcl-2, Pml mRNA inlymph node was higher than in without lymph node.So there was significant between the expression of Survivin, Bcl-2, Pml mRNA and the clinic pathogenesis,prognosis in NPC patients.There was no significant difference between Survivin, Bcl-2, Pml mRNA expression and age,sex of NPC patients (P>0.05).[Conclusion] Detection the expression level of Survivin, Bcl-2, Pml mRNA in NPC is positive correlated with the clinic pathogenesis,pathology staging of NPC.However there was no significance in relative expression level of Survivin, Bcl-2, Pml mRNA with age,sex of NPC patients.So,the expression of Survivin, Bcl-2, Pml mRNA is the symbol of researching the clinic pathogenesis and prognosis of NPC.
