Objective:The clinical pathway to optimize treatment programs and processes, effective cost control, shorten length of stay, regulate behavior clinic, clinical pathway for the more widely to provide a scientific basis. Methods:A randomly selected in September 2009-2010 is not implemented in April during the clinical pathway for the control group,120 patients, selected in May 2010-2010 12-month period on the implementation of clinical pathways as the CP group 113 patients. Nursing care in accordance with conventional treatment control group, CP group in accordance with the design of clinical pathways nursing treatment processes.Design path using Pareto analysis text, descriptive analysis, t test, chi-square test, Topsis Evaluation of implementation of the results..Results:1. the hospitalization costs of the control group and the CP group were 4,448.63 yuan and 4,698.22 yuan, the two groups was statistically significant difference (t=7.965, P<0.001). 2. the average hospital stay of the control group and the CP group was 7.45 days and 5.12 days, hospitalization days between the two groups was statistically significant (t 4.912, P<0.001).3.the average preoperative bed days of the control group and CP group was 3.48 days and 2.22 days, the difference was statistically significant (t=7.794, P 0.001).4. the day after use of antibiotics between the control group and CP group was 3.19 days and 4.26 days.5.the two group were no significant difference in rate of wound healing in the First Division, the admission rate of diagnosis, grade medical record rate and treatment outcomes.Conclusion:1, the implementation of clinical pathways can effectively control the growth of hospital costs, shorten the average length of stay and bed days before surgery; 2, optimizing treatment processes, standardizing medical practices, improving health care quality and efficiency.
