Objective:The retrospective analysis of a single center in Xinjiang region with cryptogenic cirrhosis clinical features of primary hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: Retrospective analysis of January 2002 to January 2010 266 cases of hospitalized patients with cryptogenic cirrhosis cases of cryptogenic cirrhosis in which patients with a total of 17 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma related information such as Sex, age, ethnicity, complications,-whether hypertension, diabetes and other medical records were analyzed. Results:266 cases of cryptogenic cirrhosis in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma in 17 patients, HCC incidence is 6.39%.9 cases were male and 8 were female, male to female ratio was 1.125:1,hypertension prevalence rate of 16.30%, Age from 53 to 82 years, mean age (67.71±6.73) years. Previous total of 8 patients with diabetes which is 16.30%. There 12 patients which takes70.59% who have hypertension or SBP》140mmHg or DBP》90mmHg. The treatment of liver cancer consisted of surgery (one patient), Surgery and TACE(one patient), RFA and TACE (one patients),TACE (eight patient).246 patients data were cryptogenic cirrhosis.male/female ratio were equal to 109:137.mean age (55.63±15.84) years. Previous total of 75 patients with diabetes which is 30.5%. There 40 patients which takes 16.30% who have hypertension or SBP》140mmHg or DBP》90mmHg.Conclusions:Cryptogenic cirrhosis with HCC compared with cryptogenic cirrhosis hypertension rate high,Hypertension may be prompted to enter cryptogenic cirrhosis risk factors for HCC occurrence, worthy of further study.
