Objective:Through the analysis of the 7 cases of brucellosis misdiagnosed reasons, discusses brucellosis and spinal tuberculosis clinical and imaging characteristics, to improve the brucellosis of diagnosis and differential diagnosis level.Material and Method:Collect 2007 to 2010 in our hospital treatment, by pathological examination and serological examination confirmed of 7 cases of brucellosis patients,7 cases by surgery and pathology confirmed clinical serum cultivate brucellosis of X-ray, CT and MRI imaging retrospectively analyzed, and already diagnosed with 32 cases with spinal tuberculosis imaging data, this paper compare misdiagnosed reasons. Results:7 cases of brucellosis patients after hospitalized,find their clinical manifestations, X-ray and CT were misdiagnosed as spinal tuberculosis, MRI misdiagnosis in 6 cases, Onset parts:6 cases misdiagnosed patients were lesions involving two or more than vertebral,2 cases are L2,3 vertebral bodies,4 cases are L4,5 vertebral bodies, cervical (C3-7) 1 case, lesions with two points, distributes in lumbar interbody destroy the most obvious.7 cases the serum agglutination test (STA) drops degrees is larger than 1:300 and the rose bengal plate agglutination test positive, ELISA positive.3 cases blood tests and erythrocyte sedimentation rate as normal,WBC and lymphocyte rise, erythrocyte sedimentation rate: 25-55mm/h in 4 cases,5 cases C-reactive protein (+),Tuberculosis antibody positive in 2 cases,3 cases Anti-Streptolysin O (ASO) positive,6 cases etiology text positive,6 cases by the surgical treatment, pathological all diagnosed brucellosis.Conclusion:on the basis of brucellosis and spinal tuberculosis patients clinical and radiographic charateristic pathologic examination and performance, serologic test that they can make the differential diagnosis.
