Objective To analyze the Perinatal prognosis of children in early-onset Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy, and to provide the referential evidences for Screening and treatment of ICP patient of early. Methods From 1999 to 2010 in women's hospital of zhejiang university, get 100 cases of early onset Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy(gestational weeks less than 32 weeks). At the same period,100 cases of late onset in ICP were used as control group(gestational weeks greater than 32 weeks). All cases exclude twin pregnancy, severe preeclampsia and other obstetric complications. The clinical information (gestational weeks, amniotic fluid condition, birth weight, apger score, way of termination of pregnancy) of all cases were analyzed retrospectively。Results Retrospective case-control analysis found that birth weight,Stillbirth rate, way of termination of pregnancy, gestational weeks had statistical significance between these two groups (P<0.05), while amniotic fluid condition, apger score hadn't statistical significance between these two groups (P>0.05).Conclusions The prognosis of early-onset ICP is poorer than late-onset ICP. So we should screen and treat ICP earlier, and select suitable methods of termination of pregnancy to reduce child adverse pregnancy outcomes.
