The Expression And The Significance Of CXCR7 And MMP11 In Human Colorectal Cancer

ObjectiveBy studying both the expression in colorectal cancer, we want to explore the significance of CXCR7 and MMP11 in colorectal cancer。MethodsWe Selected 41 surgical specimens of resected colorectal cancer and normal tissue part from cancer (>5cm). Immunohistochemistry was used to detect CXCR7 and MMP11 in colorectal cancer and normal tissue. At last we analysis the relationship between CXCR7 (MMP11) and clinicopathological features of colorectal cancer and the relationship between CXCR7 and MMP11.ResultsThe number of patiets with positive expression of CXCR7 in colorectal cancer is 31 cases, and the number in normal colorectal tissues is 8.in comparison with a statistically significant (p<0.05); The positive expression of MMP11 in colorectal cancer was 29 cases,and 9 cases in normal colorectal tissues. with statistical significance between the two (p<0.05). The expression of CXCR7 has a positive correlation with the expression of MMP11 in colorectal cancer.The expression of CXCR7 and MMP11 have a relationship with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis, and the expression of MMP11also has a correlation with grading. ConclusionMMP11 and CXCR7 both have a relationship with the morbidity, development and metastasis of colorectal cancer, and there is a positive correlation between them.
