Objective:to investigate the correlationship between younger ametropia and refractive factors and predict the static diopter with the biometry data of refractive factions on the younger.Methods:1 Study:726 the number of cases (1452 eyes).380 males,346 females, aged 4-18 years, means age was 10.37±2.92 years, people were excluded with organic disease, eye developed normally.and had not received within the eye and outer eye surgery.2 Inspection Methods:measure the basic growth and development, height (H) cm, body weight (W) kg. measure the corneal thickness, anterior chamber depth (ACD), the minimum corneal refractive power (Kl) and the largest corneal refractive power (K2), vitreous cavity length (VL), lens thickness (LT), axial length (AL), refraction, uncorrected visual acuity, corrected visual acuity and so on.3 Packet Statistics:we choose respectively refractive error, axial length, age and BMI as groups, single factor analysis of variance was significant for the analysis method by SNK-Q test. Left and right eyes were compared with paired t test, sex was used to compare between a group t test, and the results were analyzed. Analysis of the difference between refractive and refractive elements of the relationship between elements, and multiple linear regression analysis of axial length, refractive elements and associated factors in the relationship between growth and development of the regression equation. P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: 1 In the preschool group. Refraction and AL, VL associated with other refractive elements of refraction have no correlation. AL was associated with VL. K1 and K2 are related. High myopia group and the others between the AL value of the difference between groups was significant, and hyperopia group and the emmetropic group and the low myopia group AL was no significant difference between values 2 In the primary group, AL and Kl, K2 are negatively correlated, AL have the positive relationship with ACD. Minimum and maximum corneal curvature corneal curvature were highly correlated, that is. K1 and K2 were positively correlated. Found in the comparison group refraction, corneal curvature have a negative correlation with the development of AL.3 students group, refractive error and AL, VL are related, diopter have no correlation with other refractive elements. AL and VL, ACD are correlated. Low and high hyperopia and high myopia hyperopia AL value of the difference between groups was significant (p<0.05), moderate hyperopia group and the low, medium and high myopia group differences in AL values were significantly (p<0.05.) A high degree of hyperopia group and the low hyperopia, emmetropia and low, medium and high myopia group differences in AL values were significantly (p<0.05)..4 In 4 to 12 age group of boys AL. VL and height and weight development is positively correlated.4 to 12 age group girls in the AL, VL and height and weight are related.4 to 6 age group men and women in AL and other refractive elements are consistent with the growth and development.7 to 12-year-old male in the AL group was significantly faster than the development of female and male values, but the of corneal curvature (K1, K2) was significantly slower than women.13 to 18 age group, men and women have no difference.5 Using multiple stepwise regression analysis of AL, ACD, LT, VL, height and refractive error related to the prediction equation: Y=0.994+0.942 X1+0.917 X2+0.973 X3-0.016X4+0.231 X5+0.221X6(Y said the AL, X1, said VL. X2, said LT. X3, said ACD, X4, said diopter, X5 sai that height. X6 sai age,VL standardized regression coefficient is 0.909, ACD in the standardized regression coefficient was 0.168, LT standardized regression coefficient of 0.233) Conclusion:Refraction and ocular match between elements is closely related to children aged 4 to 18.axial length (AL)can be forecast according to the vitreous cavity length (VL), lens thickness (LT) and anterior chamber depth (ACD), to predict the height and refraction.
