Analysis Of The Refractive State Of The Patients With Primary Angle Clousure Glaucoma In Changshu

Objective To investigate the related biological parameter of Anterior segment and analysis the structure characteristics of eyeball which comes from the patients suffered from Primary angle clousure glaucoma in Changshu area.Methods We collected the medical records from Jan 2014 to Dec 2015 in No.2 people's hospital of Changshu.According to 100 samples we selected,including primary angle closure suspect(PACS),primary angel(PAC)and primary angle closure glaucoma(PACG),carry out slit lamp,non-contact tonometer,ophthalmoscope,gonioscope,refraction and corneal curvature checks,divided it into myopia,emmetropia and presbyopia,then measured anterior chamber depth(ACD),lens thickness(LT),axial length(AL)and corneal curvature(K).For three types of mentioned above,made further comparison of distribution rate,which derives from the different reflective status for the three types,as well as the difference of biological parameter among them.Result According to 100 samples of Primary angle colusure glaucoma,18 eyes are myopia,which accounts for 18%,21 eyes are emmetropia,which accounts for 21%,61 eyes are presbyopia,which accounts for 61%.There are no significant difference(P>0.05)in anterior chamber depth,lens thickness and corneal curvature,among the 3 types,while axial length obviously different.It is quite clear that axial length of myopia is longer than that of emmetropia and presbyopia(P<0.05),and there's no difference in axial length of emmetropia and presbyopia.Conclusion Partial combined myopia is mainly axial myopia in primary angle closure glaucoma.These patients have longer axial length,but anterior chamber depth relatively narrow.Anterior chamber depth is the risk factors for the occurrence of housing angle closure and has nothing to do with the axial length and refractive status..
