(CON,n=37).The two groups were not observed diffences in sex,age and diabetic course .At the end of the study ,we recorded the signs and symptoms before and after the treatment; used MDNS observed two group of therapeutic effect.4Results4.1 Nerve conduction velocity of 2 groups before treatment were no significant difference (P > 0.05), the nerve conduction velocity of the TCM group after treatmentobviously higher than those in the control group (P <0. 01, P < 0.05).12weeks later,the nerve conduction velocity markedly of the TCM group higher than before treatment (P < 0. 01, P < 0.05).4.2 The average had blood lipid of DPN patients before TCM treatment, TG(4.84±1.53) mmol/L, TC(7.03±2.47) mmol/L ,Apo A (1.41±143) mmol/L, ApoB (1.50±1.05) mmol/L, TCM treatment for 12 weeks, TG(2.52±1.23) mmol/L, TC(2.51±2.03) mmol ,Apo A (1.63±1.47) mmol/L ApoB (1.03±1.54) mmol/L.The TG ,TC,ApoB have obvious change in after treatment (P < 0.01).4.3 Treatment group was 40 cases, The total effective rate was 67.5%.The control group was37 cases, the total rate effective was 40.5%. The effect of treatment group was better than control group. (P < 0.01). 5 ConclusionChinese herbal medicine has significant effects on repairing injured nerve and improving patient's clinical symptoms ,the complex of peripheral neuropathy in diabetes have certain effect.
