Knee Osteoarthritis Intervention Strategies And Methods Of Modern Medicine

Objective: to observe knee osteoarthritis clinical pathogenesis regularity, and discuss its mechanism; Observe the clinical curative effect, short-term and long-term effects of modern Chinese combination therapy for knee osteoarthritis, and discusses its pathogenesis; to observe and study therapeutic effect by the health education and sports; to learn the application of the thinking "Preventive treatment disease" in the knee osteoarthritis intervention and summarize the knee osteoarthritis treatment strategies.Methods: a retrospective study: select 467 patients who are hospitalised during January 2005 to December 2008 to investigate and analyze the treatment effects. Prospectie study parts: divide randomly the qualified 90 patients divide into three groups according to the principle of casual comaprison of clinical trials. the first group adopting modern comprehensive treatment; the second group adopting articular cavity injection toumingzhisuan sodium added functional exercise; the third group adopting articular cavity injection toumingzhisuan sodium treatment. Choose the effect and the main symptoms, total score (WOMAC index) as observing indexes, and compare in the group and between groups signs and draw the conclusion.Results:â‘ of 467 patients, postmenopausal women take 60.6%, osteoporosis patients accounted for concurrent 29.55%.Based on X-ray classification, the highest levelâ… patients is 100%, efficient control is 86.59%,show rate for patients with efficientâ…£level the minimum is 79.73%; efficient control is 40.54%, which is of great statistical significance.â‘¡effective treatment of the first group is 96.67%, efficient control is 73.33%; efficient Treatment of the second group is 80%, efficient control is 46.67%; effective treatment of the comparison group is 53.33%, efficient control is 33.33%. ALL the efficient controls are of great statistical significance except these of the second group and the comparison group makeing no big difference.â‘¢A week later, only the treatment main symptoms, signs total score by statistical comparison the first group become significantly lower than befor(eP<0.05); After the treatment, each group were significantly improed in mainly symptoms, signs with total score(P < 0.05), the first group is the most (P<0.01). Six months after treatment, the two treatment groups main symptoms, signs total score more before treatment has obviously improved (P < 0.05), the two treatment groups are different and the difference is of statistical significance, while that of the comparison group is not (P > 0.05).Conclusion: Among the knee osteoarthritis patients, postmenopausal women have a large proportion. The knee osteoarthritis patients always with osteoporosis concurrent rate higher, and whether it relates to the hormone levels changes or not is need a further research.Adopting the modern traditional Chinese medicine to therapy knee osteoarthritis, effect significantly and has good long-term outcomes; Functional exercise in knee osteoarthritis treatment play an important role; Knee osteoarthritis treatment should be abided by the strategy of "early diagnosis and early treatment, comprehensive and long treatment" strategy.
