Objective:to research the characteristics of the syndromes of monkshoodMethods:collect the modern clinical cases compound by effect which containing monkshood,establish the database by using Microsoft Excel and analyze the related date of them.Results:(1) In the clinical application of lateral on the diseases most inorder: palpitations, edema, discharge, diarrhoea polio-free certificate, cough,fever, stomach, dizziness, headaches. (2) Clinical symptoms appear most ordinal it is pain, evil cold, god fatigue strength, mental sluggishness, inappetence, complexion is white, dizziness, loose stools, bloated, abdominal pain. (3) The mainly tongue qualitative light moss thin white, tongue qualitative light fat moss white greasy, tongue fat tender moss white slippery; Pulse condition is mainly pulse sink late, thin. (4) Drug compatibility most ordinal it is licorice, largehead atractylodes rhizome, tuckahoe, dangshen,cassia twig and astragalus, asarum, ephedra sinica, donnell, dry ginger. (5)The most common dose is aconite 6g,15g,10g 9g,30g and 5g.Conclusion:The clinical application of monkshood is wide range, although the monkshood is toxic, but if can use it reasonablely it would has play their due effect.
