Ginseng (Panax Ginseng C. A. Mey.) for the Araliaceae Panax genus, is a traditional Chinese medicine, known as the King of Herbs, the first three treasures of Northeast China. Chang bai Mountains in Jilin Province is a famous production base of cultivated ginseng, ginseng production in international play an important role also. The vast mountain areas, mountains, basins criss-cross, altitude as low as 30m, up to 2691m, the terrain is extremely complex. Climate ecological resources around the mountain to find out on the satisfaction level of high yield cultivation of ginseng, ginseng industry has become a pressing problem for further development. The main chemical components of ginseng are:Ginsenoside, ginseng polysaccharides, volatile oil, starch, amino acids and other active ingredients. The main chemical components of ginseng saponin and ginsenosides on pharmacological activity and other aspects of content and a large number of studies have been reported. People from the 1980 study of ginseng polysaccharide, and to determine pharmacological activity of ginseng with pectin, then began to focus on the polysaccharide. Proved by experiment, and its pharmacological activity is mainly reflected in:antioxidant, anti-tumor effect, anti-radiation and lowering blood sugar, immune and antibacterial effects of these aspects. So with the development of the times, ginseng polysaccharides will have great development prospects, combined with our cultivated ginseng terrain, terrain features, from the following aspects of ginseng polysaccharide to be of relevant content.First of literature search using the method of ginseng polysaccharide on the meteorological factors (including moisture, temperature, light), geographical location and soil environmental factors were reviewed, and described the extraction and determination of ginseng polysaccharide principles and methods at home and abroad The pharmacological activity of ginseng polysaccharides Research. For further study of ginseng polysaccharide content and the relationship between altitude and the polysaccharide content of the relationship between pharmacological activity and provide more detailed information.Secondly, in different parts of ginseng collected for pre-processing, sample classification. Water heating method to extract the roots, stems and leaves of the polysaccharide, the phenol - sulfuric acid method to determine the content, ginseng root and shoot compared with the polysaccharide content in the variation of altitude. The result is root and ginseng polysaccharide content of stems and leaves with the increase in students. Polysaccharide of ginseng roots:an altitude range of 100~800m, ginseng polysaccharides increased with the increase of altitude; elevation range of 950~1450m, ginseng polysaccharides decrease with elevation; the same range of 500~650m above sea level, Fu song region was higher than that set safety and ginseng polysaccharide region; elevation range of 950~1450 m, slightly lower than the content of ginseng polysaccharide 100~300m; Fu song region 800m above sea level at 6 years old reached the highest value of ginseng polysaccharide content 28.44%, Landrace Area 4 years of 1422 m above sea level at the minimum value of ginseng polysaccharide content 16.63%. Ginseng polysaccharide:altitude range of 100~800 m, ginseng polysaccharides decrease with elevation; elevation range of 950~1450m, ginseng polysaccharide content increased with the elevation; the same range of 500~650m above sea level, Set the security area was higher than that of ginseng polysaccharides Fu song areas; elevation range of 950-1450m, slightly higher than the content of ginseng polysaccharide 100~300m. Hun chun above sea level 127m, growth of 6 years of ginseng polysaccharide content of up to 6.94%; Fu song above sea level 800m, growth of 4 years of ginseng polysaccharide content of 2.89% minimum; Chang bai area elevation 1422m,6-year growth up to 10.92 ginseng polysaccharide % elevation of Chang bai area 952m, growth of 4 years of ginseng polysaccharide content 7.43% minimum. The ginseng polysaccharides obtained for extraction and separation, are acidic polysaccharides and neutral polysaccharides, compare sugar content. The result: ginseng root polysaccharide polysaccharide content was higher than stems and leaves, roots polysaccharide:the total higher than the neutral polysaccharide polysaccharides than acidic polysaccharides; leaf polysaccharide:the total higher than the neutral polysaccharide polysaccharides than acidic polysaccharides.Again, the use of ginseng polysaccharides of different types of extracts of different samples with different DPPH·reaction to detect the strength of its free radical scavenging activity, scavenging ability of the size of the inhibition rate used to represent the results obtained:ginseng root and stem Leaves of the polysaccharide radical scavenging DPPH·as follows:ginseng root were higher than the leaf polysaccharide polysaccharide in the root:the total higher than the neutral polysaccharide polysaccharides than acidic polysaccharides; leaf polysaccharide:the total crude Higher than neutral polysaccharide polysaccharide acidic polysaccharide. The higher polysaccharide content, clear the capacity of the stronger. Finally, the use of ginseng polysaccharides of different types of extracts of different S. aureus samples and incubated at room temperature, observing the bacterial growth cycle, to detect the antibacterial activity of polysaccharide, Results obtained:ginseng root and stem of the polysaccharide on the antibacterial activity of S. aureus were:Higher than the ground floor part of the polysaccharide part of polysaccharide, underground section:The total neutral polysaccharides Polysaccharide higher than acidic polysaccharides; in ginseng stems and leaves:only the total polysaccharides have antibacterial activity, on the ground and some of the neutral polysaccharide Acidic polysaccharides were not antibacterial activity. Strength and its antimicrobial activity and concentration, the greater the concentration, the stronger its antibacterial activity.
