Semen Ziziphi Spinosae is the dried ripe seed of Ziziphus jujuba Mill.var.spinosa Hu ex H.F.Chou,it is tasted sour and sweet with mild natured. It can nourish the liver, calm the mind and nervous system, arrest sweating. modern medicine study shows us that Semen Ziziphi Spinosae holds the function of sedation and hypnosis. According to some reports, active ingredients of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae are flavonoid and ,with no noxious and higher security compare to Western medicine. In order to increace the extraction percentage of jujubosides ,we studied on traditional water extraction , microwave method , bionic extraction method.we focus on microwave and bionic extraction method. The optimal technique condition of jujubosides extraction by microwave and bionic method was investigated and purificatory technique by macroporous adsorption resin was studied. Using HPLC-MS/MS method, extractive chemical components with different extraction method were detected. according to pharmacokinetic principles, blood concentration-time profiles was prepared. The results are as follows:Conclusion:1 The optimal technique condition of chlorogenic acid extraction by bionic method was investigated .The optimum conditions included solid-to-liquid ratio is 1:10,stirring time is 10 min twice, rotate speed is 125rpm.2 The optimal technique condition of chlorogenic acid extraction by microwave method was investigated .The optimum conditions included: particle diameter less than 0.18mm, solid-to-liquid ratio is 1:10, using low-power microwave to extract 5 min.3 Using absorbent resin to seprate and purify Semen Ziziphi Spinosae extractive, extraction percentage up to 52.68%.4 Study on jujuboside A pharmacokinetics after intragastric administration in rats, and compare to intravenous injection. The extraction rate of jujubosides by microwave method was higher than that of by water extraction. The dry extract rate of jujubosides by bionic method was higher than that of by water extraction. The bioavailability of jujubosides after intragastric administration is very low.
