The Female diseases problem in modern China is an important issue of sociological research. But it is reasonable since its importance doesn't be put in a proper position.Female's diseases can be detected through various aspects and ways, including the problems reflected by newspaper. In modern times, The newspaper reflects the most social issues and has many reports about women of china. The content is all-conclusive, such as national political, the changes of social customers, important business negotiation between China and foreign countries, the advantages and disadvantages of commercial business, the social life of women and etc. All of these can be reflected in The newspaper, and the content of its advertisement is really a big surprising. The purpose of this paper is to explore the female diseases in China 1932-1936 based the situation and facts reflected in The newspaper.Through observation, the most common disease is mostly about gynecology, such as "leukorrheal diseases", vaginosis, venereal disease, men and women of infertility and so on. The so-called "leukorrheal diseases" is disorder of the white vaginal, irregular menstruation. We can know the treatments for these diseases reflected from the content of the newspaper. The article also discussed the treatments to some extent.Through research, the article says:First of all, China should pay attention to the social issues and women's health problems in the period of the Republic of China. The study of female diseases is to explore the health of Chinese women. It is a great task to benefit the society. Secondary, the female disease at that time reflected how Chinese women thought about their healthy. It is an effective way to explore the underlying social life in China because the consciousness degree can reflect their civilization degree. Third, the thoughts about female diseases were not completely consistent between city and county at that time. This reflects that urban women were different from rural women in every aspect. Fourth, there were differences at how to treat female diseases in city and country. Rural women preferred traditional disease medicine, but urban women had more options such as western medicine. Fifth, traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine were both been used for treating female diseases at that time. Traditional Chinese medicine had more living space and a strong vitality. Western medicine had also been widely spread. There were proposal and activity to abolish traditional Chinese medicine in 1929.Based the study, the female diseases and treatments what reflect in The newspaper have more authenticity and have guiding significance to real life. So the article believes the research of this subject has ordinary historical significance and practical significance.
