This study uess The Shi's combination therapy to treat palpitation, and system analysis the changes of palpitations score before and after treatment, the symptoms of tongue and pulse, the holter and laboratory tests,etc, to understand the results of the Shi's combination therapy in palpitations treament. Through scientific and objective analysis of the clinical indicators, systems and depth discussion the efect of the Shi's combination therapy in improving symptoms and improve quality of life of patients.And try to expound the priciple of the Shi's combination therapy in palpitations treament from the Professor Deng tietao's theroy of heart and spleen.Through clinical application verify their retionality and objective feasibility. In order to widely applied in clinical treament, promote the advantages and enrich the centens of chinese medicineMethodAll of 90 pations met the inclusion criteria comes from Guangdong Provice Hospital of out-patient from January 2009 to March 2011, were divided into three groups by 1:1:1, treament group(western medicine combine with the Shi's combination therapy) and control group one(western medicine combine with Buchangwenxin particle) and control group two (western medicine),30 each. The treament group receivd based western medicine and the Shi's combination therapy(acupuncture once a day, selection of pionts:Congenital Meridian, Neiguan, Gongsun, Dingjun, needle for 30 minutes. And external application of heating large stone, horizontally placed the center of stone in the navel for 30 minutes).Control group 1 receivd the based western medicine and chinese medince(Wenxinkeli, one bag, three times a day). Control group 2 recicd the based western medicine.All groups were kept on treating for 2 weeks. Observe the changes before and after treament of premature, clinical symptoms and signs. Then fill the scale of symptons, signs,ect. Compare and recorde the laboratory indexes at the same time such as blood routine test, the urine routine, the stool routine, the kidney function (BUN, Cr), the liver function(ALT AST),blood biochemical, ECG and so on the secure targets. The adverse reaction was also observed and recorded down.ResultOn the aspect of premature controlling and plapitations degree curative effect, there showed no difference on the number of 24 hours premature beats and plapitations degree among the three groups compared(P<0.05),but after treament there was differenceamong the there groups compared. On general efficacy, the total effective rate of treatment group(96.7%) higher than contuol gruoup 1(80.0%)and control group 2(76.7%). In the respect of security, the treatment group(30 patients) had only one case of bradycardia, and the heart rate fluctuated between 50 to 60 times per minute. Reducted the dose of Betaloc then the heart rate can increase to 60 times per minute, and have no impact on the treatment. Four of control group 1 and two of control group 2 had seriously bradycardia, and had no improvement in symptoms after took the dose litter, then swithed to other anti-arrhythmic drugs. Three of control group 1 and two of control group 2 had dizziness, consider for drug-induced hypotension, then changed of other anti-arrhythmic drugs and close observed. This research proved superior results in improving clinical symptoms of Traditional Chinese Medicine and reducing the side effects of Western Mdicine.ConclusionThe method of the Shi's combination therapy associate with the anti-arrthmic drugs is superior effective than the simple conventional auti-arrthmic drug and anti-arrthmic combinate with proprietary chinese medicine which is used to treat palpations. The Shi's combination therapy also obviously reduse the side effects of drugs.This obviously profe that acupuncture and stone of chinese medicinei can improve the clinical symptom and efficacy, also can stable disease and reduce the adverse effect and complication.
