From CNKI, Wikipedia and other databases to retrieve the modern medical understandings of cervical spondylosis and treatment on this disease with acupuncture, this paper summarizes the feature of selecting acupuncture points on treatment on cervical spondylosis by modern physicians, the feature of neck ache through diagnosis of organs, the academic basis of treatment on cervical spondylosis through heart, gall bladder and kidney, and through comparison of ancient and modern treatment of neck ache, it digs out the characteristics of treatment on neck ache through heart, gall bladder and kidney. rough acting on heart, galladder and kidney.Result1. Professor Wen-Bin Fu points out:according to the Clinical Theory of Cannon of Internal Medicine, "All itching sores."; "Gall Bladder is the main cause of the sick. "; "All cold with contraction is ascribed to the kidney. " And so on. Through the differentiation of organs and meridians, with the method of controlling tempers, recuperating the heart and gall bladder, warming the kidneys and strengthening the Yang, it explains the thinking on treatment of cervical spongylosis from heart, gall bladder and kidneys.Through classification of clinical records on treatment on cervical spondylosis by Professor Wen-Bin Fu, it shows:the use frequency of methods of treating cervical spondylosis and renal bile is respectively acupuncture 99.74%, moxibustion 99.48%, needle buried 100%; various acupoints principles, respect from the heart, kidney acupoints bile accounted for 39.68%, followed by the acupoints accounted for 37.61%, together accounting for 77.29%; common meridian:Bladder, Du, Ren, gall bladder, triple burner, small intestine, pericardium; common points of heart, gall bladder and kidneys are Xinyu, Danyu, Shenyu, Yanglingquan, Jianjing, Neiguan.2. There are 144 sections regarding ancient treatment of neck ache, involving 47 sections of contents. The principle of elections in various points, accounting for 62.50% acupoints along meridians, renal aspects of bile from the heart accounted for 20.53% point selection; used mainly in the meridian: the small intestine by, bladder, gallbladder, Du, triple burner, Ren; bearing slurry, after the river, the wind House, the wind pool, shoulders well, Tianzhu treatment of neck pain as the ancient physicians more commonly used acupuncture points.3. There is a total of 42 experts in acupuncture and 52 records on acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis, in various principles of choice points, followed by the selection of points accounted for 48.21%, renal aspects of bile from the heart accounted for 21.87% point selection; use Meridian focused on:gall bladder, triple burner, small intestine, large intestine, Du, Ren, the bladder; Jiaji, the wind pool, Ojo, shoulders well as the ancient physicians treating neck pain than the commonly used acupuncture points.4. On the retrieve of 78 documents on organs diagnosis and treatment of cervical disease, diagnosis and treatment of cervical disease concentrated on the organs:kidneys, liver, spleen, stomach. Then the majority of renal disease on the treatment of cervical accounts for 54.08%. It can see the kidney, liver, spleen, stomach treating cervical joint disease. The majority of them is from liver and kidney.ConclusionsThe above literature shows that:ancient and modern physicians use acupuncture to cure cervical spondylosis, which is more or less limited to mderidian differential treatment. Selection of points bases on following meridians, while less on organs differential treatment and less from hearts, gall bladders and kidneys. Modern physicians use Chinese medicine to treat cervical disease, which is more based on kidneys, and reach some consensus. The academic thinking on treatment of cervical spondylosis with acupuncture through hearts, gall bladders and kidneys, is based on the thorough study on the etiology and pathogenesis of cervical spondylosis. Through the organs and meridians differentiation, it determined that the principle of controlling tempers, recuperating the heart and gall bladder, warming the kidneys and strengthening the Yang, implemented the ideas of using needle, moxibustion treatment and then consolidation treatment, used acupuncture, moxibustion, acupuncture and other treatments buried to bile from the heart, kidney acupoints as the main acupoints principle. All these are an innovative academic thinking. Organs differential treatment is the core of this academic thinking.
