Research Purpose:Through the data of Shanghai excellent second-line backup talents, we can understand the current situation of Shanghai fencing athletes'body composition and the characteristics of energy metabolism in fencing sports. And we make a correlation study between Shanghai outstanding fencing athletes'body composition and aerobic backup anaerobic metabolism ability. We hope that the study can provide some help and enlightenment for athletes selecting and the coaches' training work.Research Objects:242 second-line fencing athletes in Shanghai first youth sports school.Research Methods:The researchers used TTM (made in Japan) and measured the height, sitting height,arm length,leg length,Achilles tendon length and the derived indices.The researchers used resistance-style body composition analyzer InBody3.0 (made in Korea) and measured players'body composition The researchers used Monark839-E power bicycle, telemetry heart rate PolarS-610 and record each stage of the power, the last 15s and stable heart rate.The researchers used Monark839-E power bicycle, telemetry heart rate PolarS-610,YSI-1500 blood lactate analyzer and record the maximum power (Pmax, W), minimum power (Pmin, W),average power (AP, W),4min after exercise blood lactate (Lactate), blood lactic acid after exercise 6min.Research Results:1. Study suggests that the change tendency of muscal weight in men and women fencing backup athletes are consistent with peers, the absolute value of muscle weight of the men and women athletes in the same age whose change tendency is also consistent basically, and higher than normal teenagers.2. Studies suggest that the lean body mass and the total amount of muscles in men and women fencing athletes are related to various indices, especially metabolic indices and the maximal aerobic ability. Among of them, the lean body mass can be used as an index in fencing athletes'selection.3. Studies suggest that the relation between body fat%in men and women fencing backup athletes aerobic and anaerobic ability are negatively correlated.4. Studies suggest that the men and women fencing athlete's training period is highly relation to the aerobic capacity index, and the anaerobic ability index is low. Research Conclusion:The change tendency of body components of male and female athletes is consistent with normal adolescents; the body composition and aerobic capacity and anaerobic capacity are closely related, and the training time and anaerobic power and aerobic capacity are closely related; the lean body mass and Anaerobic exercise capacity can be used as scientific basis for selection and training.Research Recommendation:In the base construction of national excellent backup talent, we should carry out athletes' selection, training and transportation and Excellent Reserve Talents building. In the stage of scientific basis for selection and training, we should strengthen the requirements and monitor of body components. Strengthen the scientific and reasonable training of aerobic and anaerobic capacity.
