Lipid-lowering Treatment Xiaoban Piece Of Atherosclerotic Plaque In Carotid Blood Stasis Phlegm Clinical

Objective:To investigate the lipid-lowering treatment Xiaoban piece of atherosclerotic plaque in carotid blood stasis phlegm color Doppler ultrasound in patients with carotid artery IMTvalues, plaque score, TCM, blood lipids, CRP's effects and to explore the clinical therapeutic efficacy of lipid-lowering tablets in the treatment of carotid artery Xiaoban atherosclerotic plaque mechanism.Methods:60 patients with CAS phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into treatment principle of the control group and the control group of 30 patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine; treatment group taking lipid-lowering Xiaoban film.3 months of treatment, patients were observed before and after treatment of vertigo and headache, color Doppler ultrasound and carotid artery plaque score IMTvalues, TCM, on serum lipids, CRP and other indicators for comparison. Results:After 3 months of treatment, two groups of patients overall efficacy of TCM, dizziness, headache effects, IMI carotid artery Doppler values, plaque score were statistically significant differences between treatment (P<0.05); Both groups were the TC, TG, LDL-C value decreased, HDL-C values have increased, as compared with before treatment differences were statistically significant (P<0.01), HDL-C groups was not statistically significant difference in rate of increase (P> 0.05), TC drop two statistically significant difference (P<0.01), two groups of TG, LDL-C decrease significantly (P<0.05), that the treatment group in the regulation of lipid profile better than the control group.Conclusion:The lipid-lowering Xiaoban film can improve the patients symptoms of dizziness and headaches, improve the overall efficacy of TCM syndrome patients; can significantly reduce the carotid artery atherosclerotic plaques in patients with blood stasis phlegm heat carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound IMT values, spot block integral; can regulate blood lipid levels and reduce plasma CRP levels.
