The total knee arthroplasty technique was proposed in 1860 by Verneil at first, but at that time as a result of surgery reasons and so on technical level, material, particularly few of the mature fundamental research supporting, surgery's success ratio was extremely low. The TKA technique have made great strides as the result of hinge joint type to birth in 1950s. The TKA techniquel was promoted all over the world after 1970.Along with a series of fruitful fundamental research achievement,the Modern TKA techniquel was Finally Formed and promoted. Our country introduced TKA in the 1980s, but the surgery effect still had the big disparity compared to the oversea. On the one hand because of the surgery condition, the operator's technology and the experience compared to the overseas has the disparity, On the other hand the phantom is designed according to the crowd overseas knee joint parameter, whether to conform to the our country people knee joint is still unknown. Studing the people knee joint parameter is very helpful to Choice, design, manufacture Prosthesis which are more fit for people.Objective:Using x-ray and the computer-aided design technology, carries on the bone shape survey and the correlation analysis research to the certain sample size's people normal knee joint, we can obtain the Northeast area people knee joint's related parameter normal value scope, and discusse the significance in the TKA technique and in the knee joint phantom design, and this can provide the theory reference to the surgery and the knee joint design.Method:Selecting 100 example of normal Northeast people knee joint anterioposterior and lateral film X-ray. Surveys on X-ray:The femoral condyle width, the thighbone inside condyle width, the thighbone flank condyle wide, X normal position piece fossa intercondyloidea peak to the thighbone inside and outside the condyle bottom segment's distance, the thighbone fossa intercondyloidea width, the thighbone inside condyle, the thighbone flank condyle highly, the shinbone platform width, the shinbone inside platform width, the shinbone flank platform width, under the shinbone platform the 10mm place shinbone width, the whirbone width, the whirbone is highly high, the whirbone is thick, stock shinbone angle, shinbone inside platform inclination angle, shinbone inside platform caster angle, shinbone inside platform bottom to capitulum fibulae distance. Carrying on statistics analysis the obtained result according to the male and female grouping.Result:Establishes the Northeast area people normal knee joint related parameter target the normal reference value. The application statistics software SPSS13.0 software package carries on statistics analysis, the result (x±S) indicated with the mean value±standard deviation that the metrical data uses the T-test and the pair material T-test carries on the statistical analysis and processing. The femoral condyle wide 71.82±4.51, the thighbone inside condyle wide 25.46±2.23mm, the thighbone flank condyle wide 24.47±2.25mm, X normal position piece fossa intercondyloidea peak to the thighbone inside and outside the condyle bottom segment's distance 8.05±0.99mm, the thighbone fossa intercondyloidea wide 20.55±1.65mm, the thighbone inside condyle 39.38±2.93mm, the thighbone flank condyle 37.07±3.45mm, the shinbone platform wide 72.80±4.48mm, the shinbone inside platform wide 24.98±1.93mm, the shinbone flank platform wide 26.78±2.62mm, under the shinbone platform the 10mm place shinbone wide 69.44±3.63mm, the whirbone wide 45.70±3.51mm, the whirbone high 41.25±3.01mm, the whirbone thick 20.19±1.41mm, the stock shinbone angle 174.6°±1.99, the shinbone inside platform inclination angle 8.22°±1.82°, the shinbone inside platform caster angle 4.24°±0.94°, is away from highly highly the shinbone inside platform bottom to the capitulum fibulae 8.22±1.82mm.Discussion:The Northeast area people left knee and the right knee in the width of femoral condyle(WFC),width of medial femoralCondyle (WMFC) width of lateral femoral Condyle(WLFC), width of intercondylar fossa(WICF),height of medial femoral condyle(HMFC)height of lateral femoral condyle(HLFC), width of tibial platform(WTP), width of medial tibial platform(WMTP),width of lateral tibial platform(WLTP), under the shinbone platform the 10mm place shinbone width, the whirbone width, the whirbone are highly high, the whirbone is thick, the stock shinbone angle, the shinbone inside platform inclination angle, the shinbone inside platform caster angle, is away from the non-statistics difference the shinbone inside platform bottom to the capitulum fibulae, but the male and the female have statistics difference. When designing the knee joint phantom we should pay attention to the difference between male and female. The data has statistics difference compare to the overseas studies, therefore paying attention to race's difference is necessary in utilization import artificial prosthesis.
