Objective: To detective the levels of serum amyloid A,C-reactive protein in patient with coronary heart disease, analysis of the ralation between the patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes and their correlation. Methods:We choosed 98 cases diagnosed by coronary angiography in patients with coronary heart disease(which includes 47 patients with both diabetes mellitus,),and 30 cases both ruled out by coronary angiography as the control group.Detectiving the levels of serum amyloid A,C-reactive protein in these persons by ELISA,enzyme rate method, and collecting baseline information on all the selected candidates, such as age, sex, blood glucose, blood lipids, blood pressure,BMI,smoking history,Gensini score, analyzing the above data statistically.Results:1.The coronary heart disease in diabetic group was siginificantly higher than the serum SAA level in CHD group and control group, and patients with coronary heart disease was siginificantly higher than control group, three group was statistically significant ( P <0.05).Coronary heart disease and coronary heart disease in diabetic group was siginificantly higher serum CRP level, however, there was no significant difference between diabetic patients with coronary heart disease and CHD group in CRP. 2.The coronary heart disease diabetes and CHD groupTC,LDL,blood pressure indicators were high than, and the history of the two groups in the proportion of smokers is also higher, but coronary heart disease and coronary heart disease in diabetic group comparison of baseline data between groups was not significant between the two.Blood glucose levels of diabetic coronary heart disease than coronary heart disease group and control group, however,no significant difference between the CHD group and control group.TG and HDLwere no significanr difference in three groups.3.The coronary Gensini score in coronary heart disease in diabetic group was higher than in CHD group and control group, coronary heart disease was higher than control group, three group were statistically significant(.P<0.05).4. Coronary heart disease more than just coronary artery disease in diabetic group(including double vessel and triple vessel lesions)is also higher than the CHD group, both were statistically significant compared.5.Correlation analysis showed that,SAA and CRP was correlated positively,SAA was positively correlated with blood glucose,SAA was positively correlated with Gensini score, the remaining indicators show no correlation.Conclusions:1.SAA and CRP can be used as predictors for coronary heart disease.2. Compared to coronary heart disease patients, coronary artery disease in patients with coronary heart disease with diabetes a much broader.3.For diabetic patients with coronary heart disease, the inflammatory response indicator SAA may be more sensitive than CRP.
