Objective: To study the activity changes of coagulation and fibrinolysis in stroke-pronerenovascular hypertensive rats(RHRSP) undergoing artificial cold stream.Method: 1.Male SD (Sprague-Dawley) rats were adopted for the experiment. Stroke-pronerenovascular hypertensive(RHRSP) rats were made with the renal arteries being constrictedbilaterally with ring-shape silver clips. Bloods pressures were measured every two weeks afterthe operation, RHRSP rats with blood pressure higher than 165mmHg and with no stroke signswere deployed as the experiment group . The pseudo-operated with no renal arteries constricted, normotensive, SD rats were used as the control group.2. RHRSP rats were divided randomly into cold stream group and control group, operatingartificial cold stream, compare the contents of P-selection,Fibrinopeptides A and D-dimerbetween the two group; compare the incidence of stroke meantime. Results: 1. Blood pressures of the control group rats did not change significantly. Bloodpressures of RHRSP group persistent raised; and had statistical significant compared with controlgroup. (P <0.001).2. After cold wave ,only three of the control group rats (8.3ï¼…) suffered stroke attacks ,thisnumber was ten when came to the RHRSP group rats (P<0.05).3. Contents of P-selection,Fibrinopeptides A and D-dimer in plasma were increased graduallyw8 after operation, the different was markedly significant compared with control group. Thelevel of these factors was the highest at 3h in artificial cold stream and were decreased graduallyat 6h ,12h. the different was markedly significant compared with non-cold stream group.(P<0.01).Conclusion: 1. During the cold wave, with cerebral hemorrhage as its main representation style, the incidence of the stroke for RHRSP rats increases more obviously than that for normal bloodpressure rats, which indicates that cold wave is one of the most important facts that can result inthe stroke.2. Under normal circumstances, the extremely complex interaction exists among fibrinolysis andantibrnolysis or coagulation and anticoagulation. And the integrality of the blood vessel wall andthe fluidity of the blood can be kept by the functional homeostasis of each system, which protectthe blood vessel from breaking and hemorrhage, or from forming thrombus which effects theblood flowing. While, when experiencing the induced fact of cold wave, with the rising of bloodpressure, the functional homeostasis of each system is broken down. Functional changes in endothelium cells may be the main cause to hemorrhage or infarction in blood vessels.3. This experiment demonstrates that the cold wave can induce the stroke-occurring of thehypertension rats. So suggestions are given to prevent the stroke from the perspective ofmeteorology.
