Complexion Of Natural Abortion Women Infected With The TORCH And Mechanism Of HCMV

Objective:To explore the present situation of pregnant infected by TORCH and the abortion mechanism induced by HCMVMethod:By examine the 100 spontaneous abortion pregnant women and the 200 same-period normal progestational pregnant under the method of ELISA, to analyzing and comparing the positive TORCH IgM value rate of blood serum between the two groups, so as to explore the relationship of TORCH infection and spontaneous abortion, explore the complexion of natural abortion women infected with the TORCH. IL-2,IL-10 and TNF of natural abortion women and human abortion women were tested by using immunohis to chemistry for cytokine.Result:The IgM positive rate of TOX, rubella virus, cytomegalovirus, and herpes simplex virus respectively is 5.0%,6.0%,18.0% and 2.0% in 100 pregnant women of spontaneous abortion and the total is 31%.The positive rate of the above mentioned four index of the corresponding group is 0.5%,0.5%,0.5% and 0%, and the total is 1.5%. Compared with the model group, the pregnancy tissue of the 18 HCMV-positive, the IL-10 and the TNF-αwas significantly higher, meanwhile the IL-2 lower in the natural abortion group.Conclusion:TORCH infection in pregnancy is one of the causes of spontaneous abortion, the human cytomegalovirus infection may be the important pathogen for spontaneous abortion. HCMV infection may be contribute to immune suppression of p regnant woman and result in miscarriage finally.
