Objective:To compare the effects of propofol and sevoflurane anesthesia on T lymphocyte and serum tumor marker in patients with gastric cancer during preoperative period.Methods:40 patients with gastric cancer who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into propofol group(P)and sevoflurane group(S).TCI target-controlled infusion was used in propofol group and continuous inhalation was given in sevoflurane group during operation. All patients in the selected group were selected at the time points of T0,T1,T2,T3,72 h(T4)before induction,30 min after operation, and flow cytometry was used to measure the immunological indexes of T cell subsetsCD4~+,CD3~+,CD8~+,the ratio of CD4~+/CD8~+and Treg. The expressions of CA199,CEA and CA724 were measured by Swiss Roche ELECSY at the time points of operation(T2),72 hours(T4)and 7 days(T5).Results:There was no significant difference in CD4~+,CD3~+,CD8~+,CD4~+/CD8~+ratio and Treg between the two groups at each monitoring point(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in CEA,CA724 and CA199between the two groups at each monitoring point(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the range of clinical dosage, propofol and sevoflurane anesthetics are fine for patients with malignant tumors of gastric cancer. There was no difference in cellular immune function and serum tumor markers, which could be safely used in clinical practice.
