The Clinical Research Of Nine-needle Around The Injury Layer Therapy With Ultrared Radiation For Cervical Spondylotic Radiuopathy

Objective:To observe the curative effect of nine-needle around the injury layer therapy with ultrared radiation for CSR.Methods:With the randomization,controlled and single-blind research method,a total of 64 patients were divided into two groups.Each group is 32 cases.The treatment group was treated by nine-needle around the injury layer therapy with ultrared radiation,and the contrast group by routine acupuncture.Both group were treated 30 minutes per day and five times each week.For Saturday and Sunday,the patients would have a rest.The total period of treatment lasted for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy, the efficacy of the TCM symptoms,the symptoms,the physical sign and the pain between the two groups were evaluated by means of the assessment scale of the clinical symptom-sign and the TCM symptoms and SF-MPQ-2.Results:Among 64 cases,59 patients finished the study whereas 5 lost. There was no statistical difference in baseline data between two groups(P>0.05).The total rate about clinical efficacy of treatment group was 90.00% and 82.76% of the contrast group,this shows that the treatment group is more excellent than contrast group in clinical efficacy(P<0.05).The total rate with the efficacy of the TCM symptoms of treatment group was 93.33%,which was higher than contrast group(86.21%);there was a statiscally significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The clinical symptom-sign,the TCM symptoms,the neck and shoulder pain, the upper pain and numbness, the finger numbness and pain, and pain all reduced more than those before treatment in both groups(P<0.05). All the indexes in treatment group showed that the efficacy is better than that of the contrast group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of nine-needle around the injury layer therapy with ultrared radiation for CSR is predominance.
