Clinical Research On Composite Therapy Of Acupuncture, Traction And Cervical Exercise For Neck Type Cervical Spondylosis

Object:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of a composite treatment as acupuncture, traction and cervical exercise on neck type Cervical Spondylosis. To study the value of cervical curvature in therapeutic assessment of Cervical Spondylosis.Method:110 cases of neck type spondylosis were involved in this trial and divided randomly into the treatment group(composite treatment of acupuncture, traction and cervical exercise)and control group(composite treatment of acupuncture and cervical exercise).The results were evaluated on the symptoms, signs, pain score,life-work-psychological score and cervical curvature improvement.Result:Both two methods are efficient for neck type spondylosis. The treatment group has a much better progress on the Symptoms, signs, pain score, life-work-psychological score and cervical curvature improvement (p<0.05). There has no statistical differences between the two groups on Joint activities degree (p> 0.05). Cervical curvature and Symptoms, signs score are positively related (0.01
