Object iveA randomized controlled trial of cervical traction for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with single traction.To evaluate the effect of personalized traction exercise neck support and ordinary occipital jaw traction on patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Defining the clinical effect of personalized traction exercise neck support,providing patients with an economical,simple and effective treatment.MethodsAccording to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,108 eligible subjects were screened for inclusion in the study.They were divided into treatment group and control group by random grouping principle,54 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with personalized traction and cervical traction,and the control group was treated with ordinary occipital and maxillofacial traction.The two groups of patients were observed before treatment,the first course of treatment,the second course of treatment(14 days for one course of treatment),cervical dysfunction index(NDI),visual analogue scale(VAS),the cervical curvature and overall efficacy score.Results1.There was no difference between the neck traction group and the ordinary occipital jaw group in the personalized traction exercise,and it was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The two groups could be compared clinically.2.Individualized traction exercise neck and ordinary occipital band group were compared before and after treatment with NDI score,VAS score and cervical physiologic curvature.After treatment,there was significant difference compared with before treatment and statistically significant.Meaning(P<0.05)3.Comparison between individualized traction exercise neck support group and ordinary occipital jaw band group.NDI scores and VAS scores and cervical curvature were statistically significant between the two groups at the end of the first course of treatment(P<0.05).After the second course of treatment,there were significant differences in NDI score,VAS score and cervical curvature between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The total effective rate of personalized traction exercise neck support group is 96%.The total effective rate of the common occipital band group is 80%.The total effective rate of the personalized traction exercise neck support group was significantly better than that of the normal occipital jaw band group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The safety and compliance of the two groups of treatments for the personalized traction exercise neck and normal occipital band.Conclusion1.The personalized traction exercise neck support is effective for CSR,and the personalized traction exercise neck treatment group treatment effect is significantly better than the ordinary pillow and jaw band.2.Individualized traction exercise neck support CSR is more effective than ordinary pillow and jaw traction.3.Personalized traction exercise neck care for CSR has significant curative effect,good safety,simple and convenient operation,and the clinical study of personalized traction exercise neck support has certain significance for further exploring the optimal treatment of CSR.
