The Study For The Relativity Between The Aeipathia Of Asthma And Inflammatory Factors

Objective:To explore the relativity between the aeipathia of Asthma and inflammatory factors, deepening the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis, building a modern pattern of TCM about asthma based on disease identification heightening our level in prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma,, so we carride out the study.Method:Under the guidance of the basic theories of Chinese medicine, we analysed the differences of the the expression of inflammatory factors in different stages of asthma, then exploreing the relativity between the aeipathia of Asthma and inflammatory factors, trying to make the theory about the aeipathia of asthma to be objective-oriented and micro-oriented. Result:the IL-8, CRP, Eotaxin of serum and sputum in acute exacerbation of asthma was more than remission and the normal(P<0.05).And in remission, the 3 inflammatory factors also more than the normal(P<0.05). Conclusion: Inflammatory factors could be objective index of the aeipathia of asthma.The study deepende the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis and provides a new index to evaluate the curative effect with Chinese medicine treatment.
