Clinical Research On Prescription Of Nourishing Kidney And Resolving Blood Stasis To Interfere In Chloasma In Female

Purpose:To discuss the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine about chloasma in female, using prescription of nourishing kidney and resolving blood stasis. To observe the therapeutic efficacy brought by this method in treating the syndrome of kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis of chloasma in female.Methods:A randomized, controlled trial was conducted by 60 female patients with the syndrome of kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis of chloasma classified into two groups. The patients of treated group (n=30) were treated by Chinese medicine while the patients of controlled groups (n=30) were treated by vitamin C and E. Twelve weeks was a course of treatment. The observed indexes included both curative effect indexes, such as clinical symptoms, sex hormones, SOD, Cu, Zn, hemorheology and safety indexes, such as routine urine, blood and stool test, ECG, the function of liver and kidney and harmful reaction. All of the data carries on statistics analysis by the SPSS 17.0 statistics software.Results:Prior treatment, the age, course of disease between the two groups had no differences.①The total effective rate of treated group's patients was 90.00%, while the controlled group was 53.33%. The treated group gained an advantage over the controlled group (P<0.01).②The sex hormones:the level of E2,FSH,LH was reduced of the treated group (P<0.01), without the level of T,P, while in the controlled group, the level of all the sex hormones was not changed obviously (P>0.05). The treated group excelled the controlled one (P<0.01).③SOD:the activity of SOD was elevated in both of the two groups, compared with pre-treatment there is statistically significant(P<0.01). Furthermore, it is similar either the treated one or the controlled one after treatment (P>0.05).④Cu and Zn:Compared with pre-treatment, in the treated group,the numerical values of Cu and Zn had a remarkably fall (P<0.01), and the controlled group was not as good as the treated one and there is statistically significant (P<0.05).⑤Hemorheology:After treatment, the whole blood viscosity (highly cuts, lowly cuts 5/s, lowly cuts 1/s), the blood plasma viscosity of the treated group dropped (P<0.01) without the hematocrit(P>0.05). At the same time, the hemorheology of the controlled group had no obvious difference (P>0.05), compared between the two groups, the treated one was better than the other (P<0.01).Conclusion:Chinese medicine of method in nourishing kidney and resolving blood stasis has a sure curative effect in treating female chloasma. It is worth studying deeply and developing further.
