Clinical Research On Chronic Heart Failure Treated With The Method Of Promoting The Dispersing-evaporating Function Of Triple Energizer

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of treatment of promoting the dispercing-evaporating function of triple energizer on the disease of chronic heart failure(CHF)and to probe its mechanism of action. Methods:The 60 inpatients of CHF with cardiac function(NYHA)of gradeⅡ～Ⅳwere chosen randomly, and divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30). The treatment group was treated with the method of promoting the dispersing-evaporating function of triple energizer as well as western medicine, while the control group was only treated with western medicine. Four week later, we observed the effect on the patients. Results:The total effective rate was 89.66% in treatment group and 64.29% in control group; the treatment group showed better effects than that in control group (P<0.05) as well as in alleviating symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and cardiac function(P<0.05). Meanwhile the treatment group can enhance the indexes of Left ventricular function and reduce the level of plasma BNP. Conclusions:It is concluded that the method of promoting the dispersing-evaporating function of triple energizercan significantly improve the clinic symptoms of patients with CHF and the indexes of Left ventricular function.the improving of Left ventricular function may be one of The main mechanism.
