Objective:To investigate the kaiqiaoxingnao therapy on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients after craniotomy hematoma removal to promote the regain of consciousness. Methods:65 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage (5≤GCS≤11,16≤Glasgow-Pittsburgh≤24) were randomly divided into 2 groups: 31 cases of control group were given conventional surgery and Western medicine treatment; 34 cases of treatment group were given a comprehensive treatment, including Chinese medicine, acupuncture, music therapy, based on conventional surgery and Western medicine. After 1 month of treatment, all the patients were given neck vascular ultrasound examination, to compare the rate of the improved awareness and efficient rate of the two groups. Results:The rate of improvement in awareness of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. P<0.05; the efficient rate of the treatment group was 79.4%, significantly higher than control group 54.8%, P<0.05.The efficiency of PVS score:the treatment group was 97.1%, the control group was 71.0%, P<0.05, compare the efficacy of TCM symptoms, P<0.05; There was significant difference of the improvement of the velocity of vertebrel-basilar arteries blood flow, the treatment group's improvement was better than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion:kaiqiaoxingnao therapy can promote the regain of consciousness of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients after craniotomy. The effect is positive and satisfactory.
