Methods:60 malignant ascites patients of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis were divided randomly into two groups.30 cases with XGF plusing intraperitoneal perfusion with cisplatinujin were taken as treatment group, another 30 cases treated only with intraperitoneal perfusion with cisplatinujin were taken as control group. All patients were treated 60 days. Observe the changes of the effect of ascites,TCM syndrome points, the quality of life, blood routine, liver and kidney function and immune parameters in all the patients before and after treatment. Results:Comparing the two groups of patients with the rate of the stability of alleviating the ascites, TCM points to improve the situation, the situation of improving the TCM points, multiple effectiveness of clinical syndromes, blood count, liver and kidney function and immunity, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Compared with simple intraperitoneal chemotherapy in Western medicine, XGF cooperate with intraperitoneal chemotherapy indeedly can improve the quality of life and improve clinical symptoms in patients. This study enriches the treatment of digestive system tumors intermingled phlegm and blood stasis in patients with carcinoma ascites, confirming the efficacy of XGF.
