| Objective:Through systematic clinical observation and experimental research, summarize and explore the efficacy and mechanism of improving non-alcoholic fatty liver insulin sensitivity by the mean of Jianpihuatan.Method:1.Clinical study:Collect 50 cases of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease who were given 12 weeks-treatment of Chinese medicine making up by the mean of Jianpihuatan,and observe the patients'changes before and after treatment in symptoms and signs,liver function,blood sugar,blood lipid and fasting insulin levels.2.Experimental study:The hyperlipemia rats model prepared by high fat diet were randomly divided into metformin group,Jianpihuatan compound Chinese medicine group and model control group.Observe their liver pathology,fasting glucose,fasting insulin,tumor necrosis factor,leptin,endotoxin differences,to verify the efficacy of the jianpihuatan compound improving insulin sensitivity and explore its mechanism.Results:The clinical study results:The Jianpihuatan compound can significantly improve patients'symptoms,reduce inflammation of the liver,lower blood lipids,blood glucose,fasting insulin level,and improve insulin sensitivity.Experimental results:1.The jianpihuatan compound can eliminate the fat accumulation in rat liver cells,lower the rats'fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,serum leptin and tumor necrosis factor-a levels,markedly enhance insulin sensitivity in rats and improve insulin resistance,while providing a significant reduction in plasma endotoxin level;2,There is no significant difference in improving insulin resistance of the non-alcoholic fatty liver rats between the jianpihuatan compound and the control drug metformin,but the jianpihuatan compound is significantly better than metformin in reducingthe plasma endotoxin level.Conclusion:The therapeutic methods of Jianpihuatan and Huoxuehuayu are consistent with the pathogenesis of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,and the Jianpihuatan compound can significantly improve the insulin resistance.
